Another event from Mat-Su College CAFE'

Chef Vern made his third annual appearance at Mat-Su College on April 14. This year’s presentation included chocolate truffles, chocolate bowls made with balloons, fresh bread and pastries. Miles Raney (Chef Jean’s number one assistant)  presented a tasty salad and Thai Tomato soup. The group was completed by two students from the UAA Culinary Arts program.
