bulletDid you know that sourdough starter doesn't use prepared yeast - but it attracts the wild yeast that's in the air!
bulletWe tasted Belgium and domestic chocolate.
bulletWhite chocolate has no chocolate in it - but it has cocoa butter.
bulletThe white greasy areas on chocolate is called bloom.  It's caused by the separation of the chocolate solid and cocoa butter.
