• M.S. in Counseling Psychology, Alaska Pacific University, 1998
• B. A. in Psychology, Linfield College, 1974

Previous faculty experience and/or other work experience:

• 1991- 2000: Experience in community mental health as a case manager, home based therapist, and mental health clinician in a public school.
• 1992 to present: Teach juvenile diversion programs for Mat-Su area juvenile offenders.
• 1994 to present: In-service presentations and seminars on mental health topics for social service agencies and the community.
• 2000 to present: Private practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Areas of interest or expertise outside professional discipline:

History, Religion, Community Concerns specifically public education.
