smart carts

The Mat-Su College Computing & Technology Services department coordinates the reservation and setup of Smart Carts. These carts provide students and faculty a mobile technology solution for displaying presentation materials in classrooms.

Each cart comes with:

• Computer, keyboard, mouse, projector, speakers
• Microsoft Office applications
• Internet & network connection
• Notebook/laptop computer hookup

Request a Smart Cart

1. To request a smart cart reservation, visit the WebEvent calendar system.
   
    
2. Next, click the ADD EVENT button.
   
    
3. Please enter the following information into the form:
   
   • Date of event
   • Start and end times
   • Indicate repeating events
   • Event title
   • Category
   • Description
   • Room number
   • Your name and email address

    

4. Please submit requests at least 24 hours in advance of event. After submitting the event request, CTS will review your submission and post it in the calendar if it is appropriate.
