The CTS Department provides all telephone support services for the college. Information on phone and voicemail operation is provided.
Phones – Information on available phone models and operator guides. We currently support the Cisco 7941 and 7961 phone models.
Voice Mail – Information regarding voicemail setup and operation.
ViewMail – Information regarding ViewMail setup and operation.
Long
Distance – Access codes are
obtained from the Business Office or CTS.
