Course Schedule subject to change. Change is a fact of life, especially when it comes to schedules. For updated information check the printout in Student Services (FSM 101 & 102) or on the MSC website @ www.matsu.alaska.edu. We may cancel it because we didn’t know you wanted it. Sometimes excellent courses with superior instructors are cancelled because people waited too long to register. To avoid any inconvenience to students and instructors, we may cancel under-enrolled courses before the semester begins. Don’t wait!

Failure to read the Course Schedule, the UAA Catalog or, the MSC Bulletin does not excuse the student from the rules and procedures described in those documents. The University reserves the right to change or withdraw courses; to change the fees, rules, and calendar for admission, registration, instruction, and graduation; and to change other regulations affecting the student body at any time.

The University of Alaska Anchorage and Mat-Su College have a strong institutional commitment to the principles of diversity and take affirmative action to achieve that end. The University does not discriminate in its educational and employment programs and activities on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, disability, creed, religion, or veteran status.

● Financial Obligations: Students are held financially responsible for all courses for which they register. Failure to pay will result in interest, late fees, or collection costs being added to a student’s account.

● Payment Deadline: Payment is due by January 29, 2008 @ 5:00 p.m.

● Refunds & Withdrawals: To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a completed Add/Drop form to Student Services. Lack of attendance does not constitute dropping a class. It is your responsibility to insure that the request is received by the registration office. If you are taking a class for a grade and withdraw after refund date, you will receive a “W” on your transcript and will not receive a refund. You may not withdraw from a class after the withdrawal date published in this schedule.
