UA Online Resources
The following resources commonly needed information pertaining to the UA Online system, usernames, email IDs, and passwords.
Your UAA email ID and username is the portion of your email address to the left of the @ symbol, e.g., pfidd@uaa.alaska.edu or pnidd@matsu.alaska.edu.
Username Lookup
Visit the UAA Technology website. Search for your email ID in the form titled "Username Lookup" near the left side of the page.
Request a Username
Contact the UAA Call Center: (907) 786-4646, toll Free (877) 633-3888, callcenter@uaa.alaska.edu, or online at UAA Username Request Form if you need a username.
This form applies to the following:
